Drop Ship Program

How it Works?

Our drop-ship program is simple. It only requires a little paperwork, but it provides many benefits to help you grow and expand your business. By becoming an official Bonsai Outlet drop shipper, you will be able to sell BonsaiOutlet products on your website - and when you do, we’ll ship them for you under your company name. That’s it, we do the rest! This eliminates the need for you buy or stock inventory

BonsaiOutlet has great products, great prices and a great reputation. For prospective drop-shipping partners, you've come to the right place. You'll find us easy to work with, and our products are top quality, popular and easy to sell.

At BonsaiOutlet we're proud of our reputation and find it important to align ourselves with reputable companies. So although there isn't a formal interview or questionnaire, we do like to have a personal conversation at some point before approving a drop shipper.

Benefits of Bonsai Outlet's drop-ship program include:

  • You sell our products using our images as if these products were in your warehouse.
  • Items you sell are submitted to us and we take it from there. We ship using your company name. BonsaiOutlet is anonymous.
  • Orders are submitted via email and in most cases, fulfill them the same day.
  • No minimum order
  • No membership fees
  • You control the prices; charge whatever you like

Program details:

  • We offer bonsai trees, pots, tools, supplies and more
  • All of our products are available for immediate shipping, most same day or next day
  • You'll receive an email with tracking info when the product ships
  • The shipping label on the package has your name on it
  • We can include your promotional items (including packing slip) with the package

Setting up an account:

  • We require a one-time $500 deposit to be used to ship your first $500 of order. After that, there is no retainer or membership fee. We simple invoice you on a weekly basis.
  • We charge a $5.00 drop ship fee for all orders. This fee is negotiable for volume merchants and for higher cost items.

Processing Orders is Easy

Via Email: (Optional)

  • Once you clear our credit-check process, email us your order details. (e.g., products ordered, shipping address, packing slip, etc.)
  • We will then process your order (often the same day), and send you the tracking details for the order so you can update your customer.

Online: (Option coming soon)

  • Log into our drop-ship website and place your order.
  • When we receive an order from you, we then process the order and ship the product to your customer. We accept credit cards and PayPal when you place your order.
  • You will receive an automated email with tracking details the shipping label is created.

Shipping Charges and Information

The cost of shipping varies per order. Shipping costs are based on weight and destination. We charge you exactly what the shipping carriers charge us. We always use the lowest cost shipping carrier unless you tell us otherwise.

We offer UPS Next Day Air AM, Next Day Air, Saturday Delivery, 2-Day Air, 3-Day Air, and United States Post Office for International Orders. Please call us for special handling instructions.

BonsaiOutlet Image, Description and Title Usage.

Search Engine traffic is of utmost important to the success of any online website. The search engine companies frown upon and even punish websites where duplicate content is found. Drop shippers are welcome to use our images and sell anything we stock, but duplicate content is forbidden. It is the Drop Shippers responsibility to re-write Product titles, product image names and product descriptions.
