These ficus have branches that have been grafted for perfect placement, so the form has been thoughtfully designed, not left to chance. Rich green, oval leaves complete the soft, casual look. These indoor Bonsai respond to a wide range of light conditions.
Imported from China, our Green Island Ficus have been meticulously trained for wonderful trunk movement. The Chinese have hand-wired every tree to create the trunk's beautiful swirl. The small dark green leaves make the Golden Ficus perfectly suited for bonsai. In the ficus family, this variety is the best for growing indoors.

While training a bonsai tree may be a bit more challenging than caring for a common house plant, it by no means requires a sophisticated “green thumb.” Following a few simple guidelines can make for a healthy bonsai tree and happy owner.

Important Shipping Guidelines:

We cannot ship to a P.O. Box, or to locations in Alaska or Hawaii .

All bonsai are shipped FedEx ground direct from the nursery and will ship separate from other items purchased via the Bonsai Outlet.

Shipments are released on Mondays and Tuesdays only to avoid being held in-transit over weekends.

If you cannot guarantee someone will be home during delivery, consider shipping to your business address to avoid extreme temperature exposure.
