BonsaiOutlet.com accepts and ships orders outside of the USA. However, at this time we are unable to process your order online.

All orders shipped outside of the USA are processed as follows:

International Shipping Restrictions

BonsaiOutlet.com is NOT able to ship bonsai trees, soil, and fertilizer outside of the USA.

International Shipping Charges

All orders pay actual shipping and insurance charges based on U.S. postal rates. The customer pays any applicable customs, duties, and/or taxes. We'll calculate the shipping charge based on the weight of the package and destination. These charges will be added to your order.

International Payment Methods

We accept payment by credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, American Express, or Discover Card), PayPal, and money orders. Payment must be in U.S. dollars. We do not ship C.O.D.

Import Duties and Taxes

Please note that your international order may be subject to certain import customs, duties, and taxes imposed by your country upon delivery.
