We'll refund your purchase if you:

• Return the item in the same condition in which you received it.
• Include the packing slip with the reason for return section completed.
• Return the item within 30 days of the shipment date.

Refunds exclude shipping and handling, and gift wrap charges, unless we made a mistake with your order. We will credit your account once we have acknowledged receipt of your returned item. Also, returns will be refunded in the form of the original payment method.

How To Return a Product To Us:                                   
Place the item securely in the original package, if possible.

• Include the original paperwork, parts, and accessories
• Include the reason for your return on the original packing slip
• Insure your package and keep a copy of the tracking number
• Please don't send C.O.D. As much as we'd like to, we can't accept it.
