The Bellingham nursery is still here. The team is still here. The trees, workshops, services, and customer support you know are still part of what we do.

General

Is New England Bonsai Gardens closed?
No. The NEBonsai.com website is being retired, but our Bellingham, Massachusetts nursery is still part of Bonsai Outlet. Customers can now shop, register for workshops, find care information, and contact us through BonsaiOutlet.com.
Why did NEBonsai.com redirect me to BonsaiOutlet.com?
We are combining our websites so customers have one clear place to shop, learn, register for workshops, and contact us. Instead of operating separate websites, we are bringing everything together under Bonsai Outlet.

Orders & Accounts

What happens to orders I placed on NEBonsai.com?
Existing NEBonsai.com orders will still be reviewed, processed, fulfilled, or supported by our team. If you have a question about an order, please contact us with your order number, name, and email address used at checkout.
Will my order history transfer to BonsaiOutlet.com?
Some historical account details may not appear in a new BonsaiOutlet.com customer account. We still maintain business records and can help with order questions when possible. Please provide your details when contacting us.
Will current orders still ship?
Yes. If you placed an order before the transition, it will still be handled. Live tree orders, supply orders, local pickup orders, and workshop orders will continue to be processed.

Gift Certificates

Can I still use a New England Bonsai Gardens gift certificate?
Yes. Valid New England Bonsai Gardens gift certificates will still be honored. Because the website is changing, some older gift certificates may need to be manually verified or converted before use. You must have your gift certificate!
How do I use an old NEBG gift certificate?
Please contact us before placing your order and include the certificate number/code, purchaser name, recipient name, and a photo or screenshot of the certificate. We will help confirm the balance and explain how it can be used online or in the Bellingham nursery.

Workshops & Services

Are workshops and classes still happening?
Yes. Workshops, Bonsai Basics, Kaikou School of Bonsai, private sessions, and corporate workshops will continue. Future registration and upcoming schedules will be listed on BonsaiOutlet.com.
I have a tree in winter boarding. What changes for me?
Your tree is still being cared for. The main change is that communication, scheduling, and future service information may now come through Bonsai Outlet. Please use the current scheduling link to plan your pickup.
Are repotting, pruning, and styling services still available?
Yes. Tree services will continue based on schedule, season, and staff availability. Please contact us first or schedule the appropriate service before bringing your tree in for help.
