When do you ship orders?
Most live bonsai trees ship on Mondays or Tuesdays to help avoid unnecessary weekend delays in transit. Non-living items such as tools, pots, soil, fertilizer, and accessories ship throughout the week.
Do you ship internationally?
We do not ship live bonsai internationally. For certain non-living items such as tools, pots, and accessories, international shipping may be possible in some cases. Please email us with the items you are interested in and we will let you know what options are available.
