As the name suggests, this tree is a Chinese Elm that has been trained to have its roots exposed, which adds to the aesthetic appeal of the bonsai.
Elms features small leaves that are a deep green color and a strikingly textured bark that is often a rich reddish-brown color. The roots of the tree are carefully trained and pruned to create a beautiful, natural-looking structure that is exposed above the soil line. This tree has been grown as Deciduous, and would prefer being outside. It started it's live as tropical, but was converted 3+ years ago to Deciduous.

We are shipping living trees and must be conscious of the temperature conditions to the delivery address, as well as, while in transit. That said, we reserve the right to hold the tree(s) to guarantee a healthy delivery. We will Hold Your Tree Until It is Safe to Ship.
