Your complete shopping satisfaction is our number one priority. If you're not completely satisfied with something you buy from BonsaiOutlet.com, you have 30 days to return non-tree items by mail.
We'll refund your non-tree purchase if you:
- Return the item in the same condition in which you received it.
- Include the packing slip with the reason for return section completed.
- Return the item within 30 days of the shipment date.
Refunds exclude shipping and handling (unless there was a shipping mistake), gift wrap, and other service charges. We will credit your account once we have acknowledged receipt of your returned item. Also, returns will be refunded in the form of the original payment method.
30-Day Return Policy for All Non-Specimen Bonsai
Not quite the look you were hoping for? Got a little over-zealous with care instructions? It happens. If for any reason, your bonsai tree doesn’t live up to expectations, we will be happy to replace your plant for the same specimen, or one of equal value, free of charge within 30 days of your original purchase.
Our Satisfaction Guarantee includes a worry-free return policy on all Bonsai excluding only NEBG Exclusive Bonsai and Pre-Bonsai. Simply contact our customer service experts and we’ll instruct you on the procedure to obtain a replacement tree.
Refunds, Credits, & Exclusions
Our 30-day return policy guarantees replacement of select trees. Refunds are only applied if substitutions are unavailable for shipment.
Unfortunately, these types of items aren't returnable unless we made a mistake in your order or in shipping. In that case, please call us at 1-877-806-3200.

Each of the steps below must be followed in order for BonsaiOutlet.com to provide you with a satisfactory experience.
- Include the original paperwork, parts, and accessories
- Include the reason for your return on the original packing slip, and put it in the package
- Insure your package and keep a copy of the tracking number
- Please don't send C.O.D. As much as we'd like to, we can't accept it.

You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 business days of our receiving the item(s). You will be refunded the shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturer error or our error.
