About The Potter: 

Lynn August always had an interest in clay since childhood, but took her first ceramics class in her 40’s.  After that class she never looked back.  Now living in Asheville, NC, she is a full time potter who wakes up every day feeling grateful for her opportunity to shape clay.  Lynn August’s pottery is all handmade and features clean lines with tasteful texturing and banding.
