This is a beautiful unglazed 15" Tokoname Bonsai Pot imported from Japan.

We re-purchased this pot from a local private collector. This pot is used and vintage. Patina remains on the pot, which is highly desirable. 

Tokoname line are hand built, hand rubbed pots renowned by bonsai enthusiasts, considered to be one of the finest pots in the world. Tokoname, Japan is the location of a co-operative of artist and the location of the 4 oldest kilns in Japan. Here is where the generations of revered potters work their craft, passing it on from generation to generation.
