Fragrant Bahama Berry Bonsai in Blue Glazed Japanese Pot
This Bahama Berry bonsai is one of those trees that immediately makes people lean in closer.
The foliage has a sweet, fruity scent often compared to Fruit Loops, which makes this tree especially fun for beginners, gift buyers, and anyone looking for a tropical bonsai with a little personality. It is not just a nice-looking bonsai — it is a tree people remember.
This tree has a compact, rounded canopy with a clean upright trunk and nicely developed branching. The overall shape is easy to enjoy, with a soft tropical feel and a finished presentation that does not feel overly formal or intimidating. It has the look of a miniature patio tree, already settled into a quality blue glazed Japanese ceramic pot.
Bahama Berry is a great choice for someone who wants something different from the usual beginner bonsai. It is fragrant, attractive, tropical, and manageable in size. With bright light, proper watering, and protection from cold temperatures, it can be a very rewarding tree to grow and enjoy.

Care Notes
Bahama Berry is a tropical bonsai and should be protected from cold temperatures. It can be grown outdoors during warm weather, but should be brought inside before nights become cool.
Indoors, place it in the brightest location available, such as a sunny window or under a quality grow light. Outdoors, give it bright light and protect it from harsh afternoon sun while it adjusts.
Water thoroughly when the soil begins to dry. Do not allow the tree to stay completely dry for long periods, but avoid keeping the soil constantly wet. Good light and consistent watering are the keys to keeping this tree healthy.

Please Read Before Purchasing
The photos show the exact tree you will receive. This is a living tree and will require proper care after arrival. Please unpack your tree promptly, water as needed, and place it in an appropriate growing location with bright light and protection from cold temperatures.
Please Note: All trees are sold as-is. All sales are final – no refunds, returns, or exchanges. Once the tree leaves our nursery, care is your responsibility. Have questions? Just reach out—we’re happy to help.
We ship thousands of bonsai trees and supplies each year, and every order is packed with care by our team. Live trees are watered, secured, and packaged to help them arrive safely and ready for their new home.
Live bonsai trees generally ship early in the week, Monday and Tuesday, to reduce time in transit. Tools, pots, soil, fertilizer, and other non-living items usually ship throughout the week.
Bonsai Outlet is a licensed nursery, not just a warehouse. We follow the proper inspection and certification requirements for shipping live plants across state lines. When a state requires additional documentation, such as a nematode certificate or nursery inspection certificate, we work to ensure the proper requirements are met before shipping.
