This collected American Larch is waking up beautifully, with fresh bright green spring needles pushing throughout the branches. Larch are one of the most rewarding outdoor bonsai species to work with because they give you a true four-season experience: soft new growth in spring, strong green growth through summer, golden fall color, and a fully dormant winter silhouette.
This tree has a compact, upright feel with a nice natural trunk line and plenty of branching to continue developing. It is not a finished bonsai, and that is part of the opportunity. This is a raw collected pre-bonsai for someone who wants to make decisions, refine structure, and continue building the tree over time.
As with our collected larch, this tree was collected years ago and has been growing in a container long enough to settle in. It has already gone through multiple seasons in its pot and is now pushing healthy spring growth. The next owner can enjoy it as-is this season, begin thoughtful branch selection, or plan future styling work as the tree continues to develop.

Shipping Information
This tree will be carefully packed for safe arrival. Because it is actively pushing soft spring growth, some minor movement of soil, moss, or delicate new foliage may occur during shipping. We pack carefully, but fresh seasonal growth can be tender.
Please note: American Larch is an outdoor tree and should not be kept indoors. It requires outdoor growing conditions and a true winter dormancy period.

Bonsai trees are generally shipped on Mondays & Tuesdays to avoid having them stay in the boxes for any extra time over the weekends.
Shipping Non-Tree Items
All non-bonsai items such as bonsai pots and bonsai supplies are shipped within 48 hours of receiving payment. Most orders are shipped either the same day or the next day, depending on the time of day the order is received.

** All Bonsai are shipped direct from the nursery and may ship separately from other items purchased via the Bonsai Outlet.
** If extreme weather is expected, we may delay shipping your Bonsai tree to guarantee a healthy arrival; in such a case we will contact you. We are shipping living trees and must be conscious of the temperature conditions to the delivery address, as well as, while in transit. That said, we reserve the right to hold the tree(s) to guarantee a healthy delivery. We will Hold Your Tree Until It is Safe to Ship.
